How It All Began

Thanks for dropping by Mummyandchild.com. I’m Tamara, wife to a wonderful husband and mother to two beautiful children.

Mummyandchild began in 2017. When my children were born, I had to deal with many unexpected challenges for which I struggled to find answers. These were mainly related to their food sensitivities. Food intolerances and gut health are areas that are still not well understood by most. I created this blog to share with you what worked for me. My goal was for you to learn from the information that seemed elusive to me and to inspire you to find out what works best for you and your child. In my relentless pursuit of “Why”, I spent years on end reading medical journals, books, listening to videos, communicating on forums, and speaking to other parents who were dealing with similar situations.
