My son is histamine intolerant. We have tried many brands of omega 3 Cod liver oil supplements in the past and he has always reacted to it. In this post, I want to share the specific product that has worked for us.

EPA and DHA stand for eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid respectively. These fatty acids are omega-3 fats, which are found in cold water fish.

Remember one thing everything oxidizes. So, the moment the bottle is open it MUST be refrigerated and it MUST be used within 100 days. The bottle must be closed tightly to avoid oxidizing fast.
