The symptoms of anxiety, including fear and nervousness can affect a lot of your life. Caffeine is known for stimulating anxiety. With that said, if you drink it a lot then you may forget or simply not recognize how it is affecting you. Use Scent

Keep a small bottle of it to hand so you can use it when you feel as though the anxious thoughts are at bay. Lavender is great as it means you can really help yourself.
