Do you feel as though you are long overdue for a career change? If so then now is the time for you to take action. If you don’t take action now then you may find that you are not able to pursue your dreams and find a job that makes you truly happy.

Healthcare Assistant

Believe it or not, a lot of the time you don’t need formal training to get a job as a healthcare assistant. You may find that you can get training on the job and that you can also gain a lot of experience this way. Although it may help for you to have some previous experience, it’s not always essential, so this could be a good option if you want to find out if healthcare is for you. Of course, if you want to boost your chances of getting a job like this then it may help for you to try and go to college or undertake formal training, but other than that, most of the time you may find that you don’t need to be in with a shot at getting the job.

Dental Worker

Another hands-on role if you want to be able to get a little experience would be for you to try your hand at being a dental support worker. Dental support comes with a range of backgrounds and as such that means that you don’t need a set amount of experience. You may find that you can get experience and training on the job and this is great, to say the least. A lot of companies will recommend that you undertake formal training on the side but either way, this can be a good way for you to explore different options and for you to make sure that you are getting into a role that suits you.

VA

Another option would be for you to work as a VA. The great thing about working as a VA is that it gives you the chance to learn about a whole range of healthcare establishments. When you work as a medical virtual assistant, you may also find that you can grow and expand. With the option to work with who you want and good pay, it is certainly worth considering if you want to be able to work from home so make sure that you keep that in mind. Of course, if you do suspect that a VA job is suitable for you then you might even want to consider freelancing to certain companies who need help so you can build your credentials. This will give you a good starting point, as you can work with businesses outside of healthcare, before making the transition. Either way, there are a lot of things that you can do to try and make your life easier here so be sure to keep that in mind.

So there are lots of healthcare jobs you can pursue without any experience. Why not see if you can find one suited to your requirements today?
